Orders and Delivery Policy

Thank you for placing an order. Please note that we are a small business and any custom/personalised items will need to be crafted and made from scratch. While we aim to get items made and sent out as soon as possible, please be patient as deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive depending on item, size and postal service. Most items will be delivered within 5 days of ordering.

Rush orders

Should you wish to make a rush order, please email us first at store@mfth.co.uk so we can assist in placing this order and expediting the shipment. This will come at a further cost.

Order Policy

Any custom order is not started until the full order has been paid for.

Delivery method

Unless otherwise agreed pre purchase, any orders will be sent via Tracked Royal Mail service(s) 24/48 hours.

Where do we ship too?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom, however please feel free to email us at store@mfth.co.uk if you would like to discuss an option to ship internationally. This would be done on a case by case basis.

Shipping fees

Small items ship at a fixed rate of £4.95. Medium items ship at £6.50 and large items will ship at a fee of £7.95. Should you place an order over £100, please email store@mfth.co.uk so we can assist with shipping charges/carrier.
All items within an order will be charged only one shipping fee. This means if you were to order a large item all smaller/medium items will be ship alongside it.

Examples of small items are bows, scrunchies and bookmarks, while medium items are glasses as these need extra padding to arrive safely. Large items would be Easter/Christmas crates*.

Expedited items are shipped at a higher rate.

Receipt/invoices

These will be emailed to you upon completion of purchase.

Returns

Please see our Refund and Returns page for full details and any questions regarding this. All items must be returned with original packaging and the customer is responsible for any return fees.

Information on how to return an item will be provided via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is because we are a small business we cannot absorb the cost of return/ing shipping fees in todays climate.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure the item arrives back with ourselves and no one is out of pocket for loss of goods.
